By now we are all probably exhausted from the anxiety of the pandemic. While we at FUN KIDS CLUB CALGARY do not want to add to the stress, we do want to let you know that together, we can create a safe and healthy environment for our children throughout the remaining of our school year - 2020 / 2021.

Few notes we would like to remind parents on our guidelines and restrictions for COVID-19.

1. Non Medical Mask - ⛔️ (Mandatory Requirement) 😷

Non-medical masks may reduce transmission of the virus from individual to individual. However, the extend of this benefit is unknown (especially in children) and would only be potentially beneficial if done properly. With the new mandatory Mask requirement, we will encourage the children to wear the Face mask while they are in and out of our programs.

1. SIGN-IN / SIGN OUT ⇪

o  Student screenings

Parent will be provided with a checklist to perform Daily Screening before arriving to the program. The questionnaire made available to parents when signing in through PROCARE App, therefore NO FORM SUBMISSION REQUIRED. Children body temperature reading will be taken & recorded daily, prior entering the facility.

📍 DROP-OFF 

• Drop-Off Point - Check-in your child using our ProCare app.

• Sign-In QR Code will be provided to parents for easy access.

• Fun Kids Club Calgary’s Staff will be at the main entrance taking the temperature and ensuring the children are safely entering the facility during Drop-off.

• Fun Kids Club Calgary’s Staff will be at the pick-up point (Our Main entrance), releasing the children to the parents / Guardian.

3. Drop-off / Pick-Up 🚙

Procedures that support physical distancing & separate cohorts will be developed. Drop off & Pick up of the children will take place outside the programs, unless it is determined that there is a need for parent / Guardian to enter the program facilities. Parents will be provided support with respect to the role they can play in mitigating the spread of COVID-19through physical distancing at the facility, and they will be provided with guidance on drop-off and pick-up procedures to discourage congregating at the facility entrances. 

• Personal belongings brought to the programs will be kept to a minimum, and they will labelled and hang separately from other students belongings.
